Founders
Rick Peterson
Rick Peterson is the visionary co-founder of IBA, Integrated Business Advisors in 2008. IBA is an innovative new hybrid of franchising and network marketing which is providing Americans with a legitimate, affordable, entrepreneurial opportunity during these depressed economic times. Rick has spent the last ten years in search of the perfect Dream Team to make this structure a true “once in a lifetime” opportunity.
Rick will tell you that his entire life experience both personally and professionally has led him to this moment in history where his vision has the potential to impact the world economy in a powerful way. He spent four years as a franchise owner learning both the benefits and liabilities of the franchising model. In addition, Rick has owned and operated many successful traditional businesses over the past 20 years, even co-founding companies like Progressive Leadership and PPR Land Development Co. All the while he traveled the world as a public speaker and trainer, demonstrating his tremendous experience in both domestic and international business development.
Rick has spent the past 16 years as a top producer, trainer, and million dollar earner in the nutritional and network marketing industry. His experience created demand around the world as he opened and operated an international business in several countries and served on the Presidential Board of Advisors for Rexall Showcase International.
Although Rick’s international business demands a great deal of travel, he continues to devote time and attention to his family and his home community where he has served as a Chamber of Commerce President, been recognized as the Utah Citizen of the Year, and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board for American Preparatory Academy, the top rated charter school in his state. In addition he has served as a Rotary Club member, City Beautification Chairman, and Business Development Board Member.
Rick Peterson is from Draper, UT where he lives with his wife and four children.
Bob Crosetto
Bob Crosetto is the Founder of IBA. Bob Crosetto received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education and his Master’s in Counseling from Washington University. Bob spent the next six years teaching and serving as the head counselor in Washington Public Schools before he left education to try his hand at sales. He went on to have a 30 year distinguished career in the insurance and financial services industry where he received national recognition as a top producer and sales trainer.
During this same time, Bob launch four separate investment-businesses including a merger and acquisition company where he had the opportunity to evaluate hundreds of companies in dozens of industries.
Bob’s life took a major turn in 1993 when his life mentor gave him advice which was so powerful that it changed the course of his professional life forever. The advice was to find a way to make his strengths productive and his weaknesses irrelevant.
Over the next year as Bob reviewed his strengths, he began a search for a business structure where his teaching and coaching skills could bring him and his partners the greatest rewards. His search led him into network marketing where once again he rose to the top as one of the industry’s leading producers in both domestic and international markets.
Although Bob himself experienced massive success, his frustration grew as his team experienced the typical challenges and weaknesses of the networking industry. Bob went in search of an innovative model where everyone had a fair chance at success. He has a vision of creating a community where one could truly focus on their strengths and share them with the world. That vision came true when he partnered with longtime friend and associate Rick Peterson and co-founded IBA, Integrated Business Advisors.
Deb Erickson
As a Co-Founder of IBA, Deb Erickson brings her coaching, training, and business experience to the IBA Dream Team. Her 30 years in the professional arena allows her to bring a wide range of skills to the IBA team. She is a master trainer and lifestyle coach as well as a nationally recognized inspirational speaker. Her company, ICAN Institute, Inc. is an active player in the development of the personal empowerment department of the IBA system.
Deb spent eight years teaching and coaching in New Mexico schools. After leaving the public schools system, she became engaged in staff training and development for The American Heart Association and the University of Phoenix. She also trained and managed sales teams for The Equitable Financial Services. It was during this decade that she developed her corporate skills, some of which were acquired when she attended graduate school, earning 24 hours toward her master’s degree in coaching, counseling, and management.
In 1995 Deb founded ICAN Institute which she operates today out of her office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Now Deb travels the country inspiring audiences from the stage as she teaches individuals to use the power of their mind to achieve the life of their dreams. Over the past decade, she has spoken to tens of thousands of people coast to coast. Her clients include companies such as Aflac, Century 21, Coca Cola, Coldwell Banker, Hyatt Regency Hotels, Pizza Hut, United States Postal Service, Wells Fargo Bank, and YWCA.
Deb published her second book in 2008, Get out of the Rut and On with Your Life. Her life coaching business is changing lives across the country and those skills are now available to IBA members.

Judy Foreman, ND and Peter Sacharczyk
Judy Foreman, ND and Peter Sacharczyk are the owners of Natural Health Solutions in Batavia, IL. Together they have educated and coached hundreds of people to a healthier lifestyle.
Judy is a Doctor of Naturopathy and Natural Healing. She received her degree from the Clayton College of Natural Health in 1994. She has been studying natural health solutions since the early 1970’s and over the years has developed a passion for helping people take their health to a new level. She has furthered her education in Reflexology, Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, and Herbology. Judy educates her clients on a healthier lifestyle through a 5 step system. Her philosophy is to empower people to take an active role in their health while coaching and inspiring them to meet their goals. She has teamed up with the world’s leader in nutritional cleansing, and IBA, so she can better help others bring their bodies into balance and allow it to be the miracle that it was intended to be.
Peter, as an experienced pro athlete, helps other athletes increase peak performance and stamina. He is certified with CLIA through Cholestech and does cholesterol screenings for businesses, corporations, fitness centers, health food stores, and local churches. He educates his clients on the importance of addressing their cholesterol issues through lifestyle changes and other natural solutions.

Robert E (Bobby) Martin
After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Bobby was employed by the Internal Revenue Service as a Field Auditor before joining his father as the fourth generation in a family of health care providers. For almost forty years, he founded and managed a medical supply company, and developed and operated health care facilities in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, New Mexico, California and Hawaii. His son, Jeremy, continues the family tradition as the fifth generation managing senior-living campuses that provide nursing home, assisted living, home health, hospice and rehabilitation services.
Bobby had a life-changing experience with Isagenix products and lost over forty pounds in about three months and began to enjoy a high-energy quality of life. When Rick Peterson shared his vision for IBA, it awakened a dormant dream of Bobby’s to be involved in “health care” as opposed to “sick care” and to help as many people as possible to experience physical, financial and emotional wellness and he joined the team as a Founding Board Member.
Dodi Osburn
Dodi Osburn caught the entrepreneurial bug early in life. Instead of following traditional paths, Dodi jumped into real estate before her 20th birthday. She built a highly successful real estate career in Omaha as a top producer in her firm of over 300 agents – earning a strong six figure income by the time she was just 25 years old.
Dodi’s real strength is her passion and infectious energy. She developed her poise and presentation skills as a radio DJ, broadcaster, voice-over actor, and even played an extra in a Hollywood production. Later she polished her skills serving her community as the VP of Public Relations for Toastmasters.
Dodi is a networking wizard, teaching others how to present themselves and market their products and programs effectively. Dodi founded a Business Networking International Chapter (BNI) in her market and acted as President until she was promoted to Assistant Director for BNI Nebraska. She now works with ICAN Institute, Inc as the National Booking Agent, bringing corporate giants and motivational speakers together.
Her passion for helping others caused her to go back to school to get her certification in both Hypnotherapy and Reiki. Empowering others to find their own greatness is the driving force that brought Dodi to IBA.
Dan Gerry
Dan Gerry is a senior partner with Soaring Eagle Institute. He specializes in strategic planning, process improvement, change management, leadership & team development, and graphical facilitation methods. Dan holds a BA in Psychology, and is certified in many well-known leadership methods.
He has 14 years of management experience, 29 years of training and instructional design experience, and 6 years of consulting experience. Dan really enjoys helping leaders and teams achieve their Visions while accomplishing measurable improvements in bottom-line results.
